Welcome to the Real World presents a collection of pop cultural, historic, and anecdotal references from the lens of the artist’s everyday life. Each piece tells a unique story through which personal connection and universal struggle converge. Often depicting a moment in time when the artist recalls being told, “Welcome to the real world,” a sense of relatability comes forth that the artist hopes to share with the viewer.
